📊 The Role and what you’ll spend your time on

We are looking for a talented project manager with a deep understanding of social media and messaging.

In this role, you will manage projects from start to finish. You should have a solid background in social media, digital campaigns, and content creation, paired with a keen interest in geopolitics and global current affairs.

If you’re a self-starter who can craft detailed, measurable work plans and drive projects with creativity and independence, we want you on our team.

• Project Management & Strategic Execution:

  Own projects end-to-end. Design and execute work plans anchored in clear, measurable objectives to achieve breakthrough results.

• Social Media Strategy & Trend Analysis:

  Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy that keeps our campaigns agile and ahead of emerging trends. Leverage your expert understanding of digital platforms and content dynamics to keep our approach fresh.

• Platform Oversight & Performance Evaluation:

  Oversee our presence across key social media and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategies, providing regular, actionable insights to leadership.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Team Collaboration:

  Build strong relationships with followers, influencers, and key partners, while collaborating with our research, creative, and analytics teams to ensure every effort supports our mission to win the narrative.

👩‍💻 Capabilities and Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field (or a final-year candidate with high availability and willingness to attend the office several days per week).
• Experience:
  • Proven project management skills - independent, detail-oriented, and creative - with a track record of designing and executing effective work plans.
  • Strong background in social media, digital campaigns, and content creation.
• Skills:
  • A genuine interest in geopolitics and global current affairs, with the curiosity to stay updated on evolving trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Experience with social media advertising and budget management is a plus.
  • Intelligence background is preferred.
